This policy applies to the browser extension “PanoSnap” and its related services, developed and operated by Hefei Xiguoke Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us”).
PanoSnap is a full-page screenshot and annotation tool. We treat “no registration required, data stays in your own browser” as a product premise, so this policy is shorter than most — there is more to say about what we don’t do than what we do.
1. We Do Not Collect Your Personal Information
- This product has no account system. There is nothing to register or log in to, and we never ask for your phone number, email address, name, avatar or any other identity information.
- We do not collect your browsing history, location, device identifiers, contacts, or any other information that could identify you.
- This product integrates no third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services. We do not build user profiles or send you marketing messages.
- Your screenshots and edits are never uploaded to our servers. Capturing is done by your browser locally, and full-page stitching happens locally as well.
2. Data Stored in Your Browser
The following is produced as you use the product and stored in your browser’s local storage, accessible only to you:

None of this is uploaded to our servers. We cannot remotely read, modify or delete it.
3. Permissions the Extension Requests and How They Are Used

This product requests no persistent access to any website. Apart from the page you actively capture, it reads no web content. Screenshot data flows only between your browser and the local editor — never through any server.
4. Feedback Feature
This product offers a feedback entry inside the editor for bug reports and suggestions:
- When you actively submit feedback, the content you write (your bug description or suggestion) and the extension version are sent to our feedback server, solely to locate and fix problems.
- Before submission, a record is kept locally first. If submission fails, that record stays on your device and you can reach us by email instead.
- Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information in feedback. For sensitive parts of a screenshot, we recommend using the redaction tool before submitting.
- Feedback is rate-limited per day, purely to prevent abuse.
5. Third Parties and External Links
- All capturing, stitching, editing and exporting happen locally and rely on no third-party online service.
- “Rate us” opens the rating page of the Chrome Web Store or the Edge Add-ons store; after you submit feedback, we may also suggest contacting us by email. Data handling on those third-party sites is governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Protection of Minors
This product is not directed at children under fourteen. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly retain children’s personal information. If you are a guardian of a minor and have questions about this product, please contact us through Section 8.
7. Updates to This Policy
- We may update this policy due to feature changes or regulatory developments. Updates will be posted on this page, with the date at the top revised accordingly.
- If an update changes the scope of data collection, we will clearly notify you inside the extension; if you do not agree, you may stop using and uninstall the product.
